Wood Associates was founded by Derby Fazackerley in 1938 and retained his name until just recently. The practice is based in the same easily accessible city centre premises in Preston that it has occupied since 1945.
Acknowledging and respecting our past gives us a sound foundation upon which to develop our already enviable reputation. Our design skills make use of the very latest developments in the field of architecture, but this is combined with a commercial awareness that meets the needs both of the client, and of the wider community.
