A mixed use project at the heart of Preston’s planned Central Business District. 20 000sq ft of office space and a 150 bed hotel and conference centre with basement parking.

The project, for a major national client, achieved planning through careful consideration of build heights justified by a detailed design statement and visual impact assessment. A brick skin wrapped around a glazed façade forges a link between the city’s past of industrial mill buildings and its future as a modern commercial centre.
